We are celebrating colleagues for whom we are grateful. Pick up the phone right now and call a colleague. Do not text. Tell them how much you appreciate them. Also tell them what you appreciate about them as well.
I am giving a public shout out to the School Social Work Association of Georgia (SSWAG,) District 8 members. These hard-working, dedicated school social workers work and live in Southeast Georgia. They work diligently trying to remove barriers so that all students have access to an education. They support students and their families in a region that has limited resources compared to larger metropolitan areas.
These school social workers are also supportive of each other. Thank you and Keep up the good work!
