Successful entrepreneurs do not waste time in unnecessary meetings. The time is spent creating, testing and marketing products and services. Time is also spent determining the effectiveness of the products and services. Successful entrepreneurs constantly assess the needs of their customers and customer satisfaction. They use this information to engage new customers. Meet only when absolutely necessary; set an agenda; and stick to a definite time limit. Most importantly meet less and produce more.
