Steve Jobs changed the world with his vision, drive, and expertise.  He asked a critical question that every social worker and person in the helping profession should ask of themselves.  Social work is difficult in any venue.  Those who do the work should be compelled, competent and comfortable in the role and in the environment.  Ask yourself this question and if the answer is ‘no’ too many days in a row, change something.
