Going to sleep can be difficult. Staying asleep and waking up well rested can be even more difficult. Happyhalfhour.club has developed a free 7 day challenge for people who have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep.

Every day for 7 days you will receive an audio recording in your inbox. Actually you will receive the first recording shortly after joining. In addition to the audio recordings, you have access to the pre-release of an adult bedtime story. This story is one in a series of wholesome bedtime stories for adults.
